Clare can offer to teach a variety of Mindfulness courses to school aged children from 7-17 years old. She has trained with Mindfulness in Schools Project and Youth Mindfulness.
Clare has also developed her own learning and teaching Wellbeing resources aimed at 10-15 year old pupils. Clare offers training for school staff on 6 week or 8 week Mindfulness courses. Clare can also train staff to teach and deliver learning and teaching materials to improve wellbeing.
