In these sessions I offer a free 20 min Zoom appointment to find out about the client and how I can support them. I then develop bespoke Mindfulness and Wellbeing sessions tailored to meet the needs of the client. Sessions are usually 1 hour per week for 6 sessions, but this is optional and dependent on what the client wants.
